Copeland Park has step free access from the street. It is a ground floor only venue and is wheelchair accessible.
Social has step free access from the street. The main bar is on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible.
All of our workshops this year are held on the Mezzanine level in Social, which is only accessible via a single flight of 13 steps. As such, our workshops do not have step free access. We apologise if this makes it impossible for you to attend our workshops this year.
The rest of our programme, including the exhibition, talks, meetups, demos and performances, are all step free.
Copeland Gallery has a free accessible toilet available on the ground floor, with level access.
Social has a free accessible toilet available on the ground floor, with level access.
Copeland Gallery and Social are located adjacent to each other inside Copeland Park in Peckham.
The nearest train station is Peckham Rye, which is a 2 minute walk. Queens Road Peckham station is around a 17 minute walk.
To acccess the venues from Rye Lane, head down to the end of Bussey Alley (opposite Blenheim Grove), turn right into the main Copeland Park space, and the venues are situated on your right. You can also enter Copeland Park via Copeland Road. There is level access from the street to the venues.
There are multiple buses that drop off nearby our venues. We recommend using Google Maps or Citymapper to plan your journey.

All of our venues have low noise levels, except during performances and talks.
Some of our artworks make sounds, including voice and music. Our talks and performances will use a PA system.
Free earplugs will be available at our performances.
Our exhibiton space includes seats for visitors. These include standard height chairs and bean bags for reclining. These can be used at any point throughout festival opening times.
Our talks are seated, with 60 chairs available for visitors.
There are outdoor areas available for public use adjacent to Copeland Gallery which can provide more space and fresh air as needed.
Copeland Gallery, our main space, has a mixure of natural light and darkened gallery spaces.
Our talks take place in a darkened room. There will be light from the main projector at the back of the room.
3 out of 4 of our exhibition rooms are lit with natural light. The 4th room is darkened, with a few small spotlights used to highlight artworks.
We have a free British Sign Language (BSL) tour for Deaf and hard of hearing BSL users on Saturday 18th October at 2pm.
The tour is free but booking tickets in advance on Ticket Tailor is essential.
The tour will last about 40 to 50 minutes.
A large print exhibition guide will be available at the festival front desk in Copeland Gallery.
We will have volunteers and festival staff on hand throughout the festival to provide support. We will be wearing magenta lanyards and are happy to help, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
